怎么申请

  1. 政府楼和租金补贴券（Section 8）：找您住的那个市或县的房屋局申请。多数地方要排候补名单，名单不是随时开放，开放的时候才能报名。
  2. 政府补贴公寓：直接联系那一处公寓的管理处，每一处各有各的候补名单，可以同时报几处。
  3. 平价房抽签：在所在城市的抽签官网注册、网上申请。截止以后随机排号，早交晚交机会一样；同一期一家只交一份。
  4. 不管哪一种，都会核实家庭人数、收入和身份，按要求备齐材料。等的时间可能是几个月，热门的地方要几年。

申请全程免费。凡是说交钱就能插队、保证抽中，或者代申请要收费的，都要当心是骗局。
