我在柜台上班 每天要跟顾客说话 可是我 th 老是念成 s 比如 think 念成 sink 顾客一脸疑惑

r 和 l 也是 right 和 light 我自己都分不清 v 和 w 也总是混 vine 和 wine 听起来都一样

有没有人有什么练习的好办法 我试过对着镜子 但是看不出舌头在哪

我也是 th 不行 工地上的老美笑我 其实没事 你对着镜子 舌头轻轻放在牙齿中间吹气就是 th 了 别听他们瞎说学不会
