夜班做了三年 想调去白班
昨天跟主管说了 他说白班满了 等有空缺再说
等有空缺 不知道要等多久

白天睡不着 晚上又累 作息全乱了
有时候吃饭都没胃口

嘿嘿 也不是说抱怨 就是有点难受
你们有没有长期上夜班的 怎么调整的啊

划不来，算一笔账，夜班虽然有补贴，但是身体搞坏了，医药费也不少。你再争取一下白班，别硬扛。

够用就好 别浪费 身体是第一位 工资少一点也不要紧 要是有机会调白班 能换就换
